This is 100% Verdejo hailing from the D.O. Rueda, Spain. The medium-bodied, layered wine is crafted  using both stainless steel tanks to retain the grapes natural freshness and aromatics, and concrete vessels for a 2-3 month lees-aging period adding gentle texture and depth. Pear, lime and kiwi notes make up the juicy green fruit profile, with a zesty acidity that easily has you returning for the next sip. Pair with a cheese board.
