This is sustainable certified 100% Sauvignon Blanc harvested from the Wairau Valley sub-region of Marlborough, New Zealand.

It immediately releases exuberant aromas of guava, grass, peach and jasmine upon pouring. On the palate, fresh citrus fruit, nectarine and fine mineral nuances are whisked across the palate. A pristine acidity carries through towards a long finish. Pure and balanced. Excellent!
