Sangria de Toro
Fill a pitcher with orange or peach slices. Pour a bottle of Sangra de Toro, 200ml of Torres Brandy, 120ml of orange liqueur in to the pitcher.
Squeeze the entire juice of a lemon or orange
Chill in the fridge for two hours
Add ice to the pitcher and glass before serving
Garnish with fruit slice and my favourite - mint leaves!
DIS/CO
Fill a wine glass with ice, add 1oz Disaronno, 1oz Southern Comfort and 1oz lemon juice.
Top with ginger ale and mix.
Garnish with cucumber.
The Tio Pepe Cocktail
Mix 1.5oz Tio Pepe Sherry, 1oz of lemon juice, 1oz of mojito mix.
Top with ginger beer.
Orange slice to garnish.
Gin : Rosemary’s ImaGINation
Fill half glass with ice and one large spoonful of frozen cranberries.
Add 1.5oz Swish Gin, 2oz of sake (preferably Nigori).
Top with Ginger Ale. Gently stir.
Garnish with rosemary sprig.

Frost small glass.
Add 1/3 Sue Ann Staff Vidal Icewine, 2/3 Freixenet Cava.
