Kacaba Oak Aged Chardonnay 2021

A carefully crafted Chardonnay from Kacaba’s premium series that sees a 16 month treatment of French oak and Acacia barrels post semi-malo fermentation. Inviting croissant, apple and pumpkin aromas prelude a creamy mouthfeel with notes of butter and ripe pineapple. Delicate flavours of sweet baking spice intermingle with a crisp, bright acidity and mineral mouthfeel, with some almond coming in on a long finish. 91 points
