This single-vineyard Pinot Noir comes from the Beamsville Bench sub-appellation and sees a 15 month aging period in French oak. Beautifully perfumed with an exceptionally enticing fragrances of bright red fruits and baking spices. A fine-boned framework of velvety tannings encapsulates its juicy acidity that gracefully spears thru ripe raspberry and cinnamon. An impressionable chalky mouthfeel develops upon the mineral heartbeat of this wine and continues on a long, satisfying finish. 94 points
