This is a Niagara Pinot Noir dominant rose with a splash of 4% Gamay. On the nose, a summer-fresh exuberance flourishes from the glass in jasmine, lilac and fresh strawberry aromas. Medium-bodied, with intense, red-fruit-forward notes and weighty concentration mid-palate from the three month lees aging this wine undergoes.
