From the Lincoln Lakeshore sub-appellation comes this unfined and unfiltered, 100% estate Cabernet Franc that undergoes a 20 months élevage in French oak. Exceptionally perfumed with purple flowers and grape licorice, dates and cola with subtle hints of oak. Supple, pillowy tannins coddle flavours of juicy, dark berries - black caps and blueberries that contribute to a wild, forrest-like essence complete with a woodsy spice. Fantastic balance. 94 points
