This is a Cabernet Sauvignon dominant meritage accompanied by Cabernet Franc and Merlot. The cuvée sees a 17 month aging period in French and American oak It exudes magnetic aromas and flavours of dried herbs, red and purple licorice and eucalyptus that weave in and out of one another in the midst of fine tannins. That vibrant, Niagara Escarpment acidity elevating every note towards a persistent finish. 92 points
