Kacaba Terraced Vineyard Syrah 2021

This Niagara Escarpment Syrah is made with an approximate 9% slice of Viognier and barrelled in both American and French oak for 14 months. A bouquet of wildflowers and red plums mesh with cherry and iron. Tart red fruit beams thru on the palate with a brilliant acidity that’s married to savoury, peppered jerky flavours. Polished tannins enhance a refreshing, velour-like mouthfeel. 92 points
