This unfiltered Pinot Noir from the Twenty Mile Bench sub-appellation opens with a generously complex and desirable nose of violets, red cherry, earth, cedar and spice. A reverberating energy rings through the palate on savoury earthy notes matched with bright red fruit. Thin, but firm tannins show this wine is still very much in its youth which makes it an exciting sip now, but will no doubt cellar beautifully over the next decade. Purchasing a few bottles to explore over time would be well worth it. 95 points
