Mason + Husband Collab Series Cabernet Franc Rose 2023

The latest rose from the collab series between winemakers Kelly Mason and Brooke Husband is 100% Cabernet Franc from the Twenty Mile Bench sub-appellation. The unoaked, wild-ferment rose opens with delicate aromas of honeysuckle and candied strawberry. There’s nice depth here and just the right amount of tension. An elegant, but serious structure of lively acidity and mineral presence carry white peach and grapefruit notes. The wine concludes with a complex and crisp, peppery finish with good length. 93 points
