This traditional method sparkling wine is made with 100% Pinot Noir from the Westcott’s Home Farm Vineyard in the Vinemount Ridge sub-appellation. Deliciously fragrant with aromas of macintosh apple and caramel that continue on the palate with accompanying toasted pastry notes and a fine mousse. A chalky texture carries ripe orchard fruit on a long, crisp finish. 94 points
