This easy-drinking bottle comes from The Classics line of Les Jamelles and is 100% Sauvignon Blanc from five different terroirs in the south of France. Co-founder and chief winemaker Catherine Delaunay crafted this wine using cold maceration and allowing just a few months of fine lees aging to evoke freshness and brilliant characteristics of the grape and its land from which it’s derived. You’ll find honeydew melon and starfruit aromas and flavours, with a backdrop of minerality and a nervy, brilliant acidity that will leave a crisp, mouthwatering finish.
